West Ham want to sign Bayern talent Joshua Zirkzee this summer – report
West Ham are keen on signing Bayern Munich youngster Joshua Zirkee on a permanent transfer this summer, according to Jeunes Footeux.
The 20-year-old Holland Under-21 striker is currently on loan at Anderlecht and has scored 14 goals and assisted eight more in 34 games this season.
That excellent form has attracted the attention of West Ham boss David Moyes, with the player impressing during his first season of leading the line in attack on his own.

The player is wanted by Anderlecht permanently too but with a contract that runs until June 2023, Bayern Munich are believed to want between €10-12m (£8.4-10m) to part ways with him if he doesn’t agree a new deal.
That could prove to be quite steep for the Belgian side, but West Ham are more than capable of paying a fee of that amount and are therefore more likely to make a deal happen.
Prospect
This is the type of market that West Ham should be shopping in and Zirkzee would be an excellent signing to bolster their options.
At just 20 years old there is plenty of improvement to come from the young striker, but Moyes is excellent at developing players into exactly what he wants and giving them the freedom to shine and perform.

Zirkzee would come in and compete with Michail Antonio up front but ultimately would be expected to take over as the first-choice striker eventually.
His ceiling his high, otherwise Bayern Munich wouldn’t have brought him in and used him in their first-team since the age of 17 but he needs regular game time to get there.
West Ham can provide that for him and if he wants it, this summer would be the perfect time for a move to give him time to adapt without too much pressure and learn in the toughest league in the world.
