West Ham want to sign Marcus Rashford – report
West Ham want to sign Marcus Rashford from Manchester United after it emerged the England international is considering his future, according to 90min.
The 24-year-old has struggled for regular first-team football this season and his form has been poor, but he is reportedly considering his future at the club amid concerns about his relationship with Ralf Rangnick.
With a contract that expires in 2023, although United have the option to extend that by a further year, West Ham are ‘keeping a close eye on the situation’ and have registered their interest in the player.

According to 90min, West Ham are one of four clubs including Arsenal, Newcastle and Atletico Madrid to be interested in a potential deal for the winger.
Whether Manchester United would be open to letting Rashford leave the club is unknown currently and the player would be willing to wait until the manager situation is sorted before making a final decision.
Statement signing
If West Ham somehow are able to pull off the signing of Rashford in the summer then it would be a real statement to the rest of the league.
The Hammers have become one of the teams that are among the best of the rest outside of the ‘big six’ and are challenging for a Champions League place this season and in the latter stages of the Europa League.

Rashford has long been considered one of the best players in the country in his position, but his recent failings have been worrying to say the least.
His ability is clear though and he would walk into the West Ham side as the best and most influential player, a responsibility that he has thrived on in the past.
He would bring an X-factor and ‘superstar‘ quality in attack that the Hammers haven’t had since the days of Dmitri Payet or even Carlos Tevez and would bring an incredible excitement to the London Stadium.
