‘Offers nothing’ – These West Ham fans savage one player v Leicester

West Ham United have had a problem at their full back positions for the past two or three years it seems like, and it shows no signs of improving anytime soon.

At left back, neither Aaron Cresswell nor Arthur Masuaku have put together a consistent run of quality form.

While at right back, manager David Moyes has the injury prone Ryan Fredericks and the aged Pablo Zabaleta.

It was the latter who started the 4-1 defeat to Leicester City on Wednesday night, and he had a tough time of things.

The 35-year-old couldn’t get anything going at the King Power Stadium and was given a torrid time by young Harvey Barnes, who scored the Foxes’ first goal.

It’s clear that he no longer possesses the pace or ability to operate at the top level. For the umpteenth time in West Ham colours, he was exposed, here.

The Irons supporters clearly didn’t like what they saw from the veteran on Wednesday, with one claiming he ‘offers nothing’.

Here are the best reactions from the West Ham fans…

In other West Ham news, the club are reportedly interested in a Championship player attracting interest from a European giant.
