West Ham young defender Aji Alese monitored by several clubs – report
Young West Ham United defender Aji Alese is on the radar of several clubs this summer ahead of a potential loan exit, according to Football League World.
The 21-year-old is believed to be keen on getting more minutes under his belt in the next season.
As per the report, Cardiff City, MK Dons, and Middlesbrough are keen on making a move for Alese in the summer transfer window.
The London-born returned to the club after spending the 2020-21 season on loan with League One club Cambridge United and had a successful time with West Ham U23 side.

He played 87% of the overall minutes for the U23-team of West Ham and showed his potential to both the academy and the first-team manager of the London club [Transfermarkt].
If West Ham let Alese go, they should know what they are doing, especially considering the fact that they are playing in four different competitions again this season.
When an English club competes in Europe, it would need the entirety of its squad to support them in all competitions.
Therefore, it meant that Alese could get minutes in either the League Cup or the FA Cup (if West Ham progressed in those domestic competitions).
Therefore, it is important that Moyes rethinks his transfer strategy and starts giving a few minutes to the young English defender in domestic competitions.
