West Ham United transfer news as Torino expected to make approach for Nikola Vlasic – Sky Sports
Italian club Torino are expected to make an approach for West Ham and Croatia attacker Nikola Vlasic, according to Sky Sports.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at the Serie A outfit, scoring five goals from his 37 matches in all competitions.
The Croatian international spent just one campaign at West Ham before making the temporary move to Italy last summer.

“Torino are interested in another deal for West Ham’s Nikola Vlasic,” according to Sky Sports.
“The Italian club want to keep him after a successful loan spell last season and are expected to make an approach.”

Deal likely
West Ham fans can be forgiven for forgetting all about Vlasic, with the attacker failing to hit the heights expected of him in his one and only campaign in East London so far.
The Croatian registered just one goal and two assists from his 31 appearances in claret and blue following his move from CSKA Moscow in the summer of 2021.
Vlasic signed a five-year deal with the Hammers, but it seems very unlikely that he will see it through given how things have gone for him in England thus far.
There is, however, still hope for the player that he can continue his recovery at Torino, with the Italian club seemingly keen on retaining his services for another season.
It remains to be seen whether that will involve another loan move or a permanent exit, with the latter option perhaps the best deal that West Ham can hope for as they look to raise funds for new players this summer.
