West Ham Super Fans discuss future of Mark Noble with contract expiring in summer
This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Ham Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around the London Stadium.

West Ham have performed above and beyond in the Premier League this season with pretty much all of David Moyes’ regular starters shining at the London Stadium.
Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek have made the central midfield positions their own, putting in shift after shift as the Irons’ season keeps on getting better and better.
However, their impressive form has had a major impact on West Ham captain Mark Noble, who has struggled for game-time in East London.

Noble, 33, has made 18 appearances in all competitions for the Hammers this season but out of those, he’s started just three times in the Premier League.
Each time Moyes has started the experienced midfielder in the league, West Ham have failed to win.
Noble’s contract at the London Stadium expires in the summer, which has led to a discussion about what should happen with the Canning Town-born ace.
Should he be offered a new contract? Should he be released and allowed to sign for another club? Or will he hang up his boots and bag himself a coaching role?
We’ve asked our panel of West Ham Super Fans to discuss what they think will happen with Noble and a lot of them agree he should become a member of Moyes’ coaching staff if he doesn’t stay on for another year as a player.

It will be a very sad day when Noble is no longer a part of the playing staff at the club.
He is Mr West Ham, spending his entire career for the club and making 520 appearances across all competitions.
We don’t want to see him turn out in the colours of another club. It would just seem wrong and Noble might feel the same way.
However, if he still wants to play, it’s unlikely he’s going to get many more chances with the Hammers past the end of this season with the club looking as though it’s moving in a new direction under Moyes.
If he wants to step into coaching then it would be great to see Moyes take him under his wing in that respect.
We’ll have to wait and see.
In other West Ham news, Frank McAvennie has hailed the club’s ownership for their transformation in the last year.
