Tomas Soucek stance at West Ham detailed amid David Moyes speculation

Thomas Clark claims that the relationship between Tomas Soucek and David Moyes at West Ham has not broken down.

The Football London journalist reported rebuffed claims stating that the Czech international was seeking an exit due to a fight with his manager.

This comes after the player has been linked with a summer move to rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Via his personal Twitter account, Clark wrote, “No it hasn’t and would wager a lot of money he has not been offered to Spurs as claimed.”

Good news

The last thing Hammers fans would’ve wanted was for one of their players to have a falling out with his manager before the window opens.

After Declan Rice and Jarrod Bowen, Soucek is the biggest asset at the club and his loss would be significant for the Hammers.

While Rice controls things in the middle and defensive thirds, Bowen is the one who adds firepower in the final one, Soucek is often the one who goes underappreciated

Tottenham already have a plethora of midfielders and Soucek may not be a regular starter there.

Even as neutrals, we would advise the Czech midfielder to stay at the London Stadium as he’s already building a connection with the supporters and is admired by everyone at the club.
