Alan Shearer delivers David Moyes sack view after West Ham Premier League loss v Brighton
Alan Shearer believes that David Moyes is in danger at West Ham after yet another Premier League defeat, this time at the hands of Brighton.
The Hammers went to the Amex Stadium on Saturday, 4 March, and ended up losing the game 4-0 with another disappointing performance.
They now find themselves in 16th place and could be a step further down if Everton end up beating Nottingham Forest.

Shearer said on Premier League Productions’ post-game show (04/03, 17:21), “Not looking very good for David Moyes. From his position, it’s very worrying. The marking from West Ham was atrocious and Moyes is in real danger.”
He’s got to go
Nothing about the West Ham play makes any sense and we’re surprised to see them performing in such a disappointing manner.
We can understand the few odd games, but this has been the pattern for the entire season and nothing seems to be working.

Moyes had credit in the bank for how far he took the Hammers in the past two seasons, but this does not seem to be a mess that he can get out.
Things haven’t been this bad for him in his second stint at the club and we do not see any way out for him after this one.
West Ham are sleepwalking their way to relegation and it’s going to be a real surprise if they manage to go on a five-game unbeaten run under Moyes until the end of the season.
Steve Cooper is a replacement that’s been identified by the hierarchy and they now have to pull out all stops in order to bring him to the London Stadium.
