Pape Moussa Fall would be defender’s nightmare as West Ham interest emerges
Pape Moussa Fall could be the latest striker to join West Ham United in the summer.
The ever-growing list of underperforming centre-forwards is well known at London Stadium, and so far with zero goals, Pablo looks to be following suit.
A new striker in the summer would certainly be welcomed, no matter which league the Irons find themselves in.
Moussa Fall has quite the unique profile, and adding him to the roster would provide the Hammers with an additional weapon.
West Ham’s interest in Moussa Fall would lead defenders to be fearing the worst ahead of next season, and here is why.

Why Pape Moussa Fall would be Premier League defender’s nightmare
West Ham have learnt how much a deal for Moussa Fall would cost, and the striker would certainly be a handful for Premier League or Championship centre-backs depending on this season’s outcome.
At 6’8″, the forward is a physical specimen many defenders would be unable to deal with, especially at set pieces.

Throughout this season, the striker wins a mammoth total of 5.5 aerial duels per game, and out of his nine goals scored, four of them have been headers.
As English football continues to move towards set-piece goals, an efficient way to score, the arrival of the Senegalese man would certainly boost the Hammers in that area.
Additionally, his average of one goal every 180 minutes is a decent return, and at 21 years old, he has plenty of time to improve.
Time will tell if he makes his way to East London, but it is clear a striker is on the radar in E20, especially with Pablo’s failings.

Who else could West Ham sign at striker?
The Irons have been linked to numerous forwards, despite the double acquisition of Taty Castellanos and Pablo.
One such name has been Bologna’s Santiago Castro, but he is unlikely to make the move if relegation is confirmed.
Franculino Dju is another name that has emerged as a target, with Juventus’ Jonathan David also shortlisted based on reports.
It will be a busy window for the East London side, and hopefully it is with Premier League football in mind. It will have to be a significant window to avoid a relegation battle next campaign, if so.
