West Ham United suffered a cruel 1-0 defeat against Arsenal.

Arsenal needed a win to remain in the driving seat for the title, while West Ham needed a win to boost their chances of survival, though it was the visitors who took their chance.

Leandro Trossard scored the only goal of the game, just minutes after Mateus Fernandes missed a superb chance in front of goal.

Ultimately, the only thing that matters is the scoreline, which the Hammers were on the wrong end of.
