Callum Wilson must be handed chance to end 12-year omen in West Ham vs Leeds
Callum Wilson could start for West Ham United when they host Leeds in the FA Cup.
Despite the present risk of relegation from the Premier League for both sides, Sunday will provide the opportunity for both West Ham and Leeds to book their spot at Wembley for the FA Cup semi-finals.
Nuno Espirito Santo is likely to make some changes to his starting 11 with that in mind, though he is just as likely to still name a strong lineup.
Wilson, who looks set to leave West Ham in the summer, could be one of those named in the lineup, and if so, he will have work to do to end his woeful record against the Whites.

Callum Wilson’s record vs Leeds examined
While it certainly says more about the lack of quality around him as opposed to the level of his performances, Wilson is West Ham’s second-top scorer this season.
Only Jarrod Bowen has managed more Premier League goals than him, with Wilson featuring alongside Crysencio Summerville on five.

However, the Englishman’s tendencies to come up with a big goal for the Hammers may be needed on Sunday if they are to progress in the FA Cup.
The downside to that is the fact that Wilson has never been on the winning side against Leeds, having faced off against them on seven occasions dating back to 2014.
Five of those encounters have ended in defeat for Wilson, who has managed a total of four goal involvements in that period.
Nuno’s quarter-final record could counterbalance Wilson’s woes
While Wilson may not have had much luck being on the winning side against Leeds, Nuno has had plenty of luck when it comes to being on the winning side in the quarter-finals of domestic cup competitions.
The Hammers boss has seen his side progress to the semi-finals on four occasions throughout his career, with the most recent feat having been with Nottingham Forest just last season.
While his main goal this season will be to keep West Ham in the Premier League, he will certainly be relishing the idea of reaching a fifth semi-final of his managerial career.
