
These West Ham fans react to Lukasz Fabianski injury blow before 1-0 win v Everton
West Ham United picked up an important three points on Friday evening, beating Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park.
The Hammers had to do it the hard way though, with Lukasz Fabianski dropping out of the side in the build-up to the game.
Darren Randolph came into the side in Merseyside, and he managed to keep a clean-sheet on the way to another Premier League victory.
The Polish international has been excellent this season.
David Moyes will be crossing his fingers over the severity of the blow, and that it doesn’t keep out his main stopper for too long.
With the FA Cup next up for the Irons, it gives Fabianski an extra week to recover from this blow, with Randolph or David Martin set to start the game against
The Irons didn’t give too much of an idea behind how bad the blow is, but we have been down this road before with the keeper.
According to WyScout, Fabianski faces over four shots each game but is only expected to concede 1.35 – numbers which prove his efficiency
Many West Ham fans have reacted to the blow picked up by Fabianski, and the majority were not happy that they could be without their main stopper for the foreseeable future.
Some did make references to past keepers such as Adrian and how the club should never have let him leave to join Liverpool when they did.
