West Ham midfielder set for exit amid Graham Potter refresh
Graham Potter is under pressure at West Ham this summer, needing to get his transfer business spot on.
The 50-year-old has had a bleak start to life at the London Stadium, although with limited resources to work with so far, it is harsh to judge him just yet.
However, working closely with David Sullivan over the summer, Potter will be expected to put his own stamp on things in preparation for a more positive campaign next term.
Luckily for supporters, the boss is hard at work and has plans in place already when it comes to the futures of certain players.

Lewis Orford to be given chance away from West Ham
Potter came to the London Stadium with a reputation for working wonders with younger players, and the emergence of Ollie Scarles this term means that tag is set to follow him.
There is plenty of promise in the youth set-up in East London and with PSR restrictions limiting how far the Hammers can go this summer, the manager is set to turn to the options already there.
While there are plans in place for senior players, it seems as though Potter is just as concerned about developments for those who are lower down, too.
According to The Athletic (26 May), Lewis Orford is set to follow in the steps of Freddie Potts and George Earthy, with an opportunity of a loan deal away from the London Stadium.
Both Potts and Earthy have impressed in the Championship this campaign and are to be rewarded with opportunities in pre-season.
Therefore, Orford has been backed to follow in similar steps and the Irons are keen to get him out on loan in order to gain first-team minutes.
The 19-year-old has been impressive in the youth set-up so far, gaining accolades for his West Ham performances this term and seemingly his side sees him as being ready to progress into men’s football.

Callum Marshall and Kaelan Casey are also reported to be leaving on loan deals.

Potter plans promising for West Ham
The season finished on Sunday (25 May), but Potter already seems to have plenty of preparation in place for the summer transfer window, which should serve as a boost to supporters.
Orford has certainly caught the eye of the first team at the London Stadium this season and the fact that the manager has planned for him to get regular minutes is reflective of that.
It does seem as though there is a real plan across all levels at West Ham, which sets up a promising future for those in the youth set-up.
