West Ham Zone provided coverage of reports on Thursday that Summerville had signed his contract with Al-Hilal.
It has been reported that the Hammers will receive a £55million up-front fee for Summerville, with a further £10m in add-ons.
Summerville - once described as "incredible" by former West Ham midfielder Kevin Nolan - has reportedly agreed a deal until 2030.
Transfer specialist Ben Jacobs, who works for the likes of talkSPORT and GiveMeSport, has now said the "final formalities" of his four-year deal have been agreed.
As such, an official announcement confirming Summerville's London Stadium exit could be made in a matter of hours on Friday.
