The offer now on the table for West Ham's Aaron Wan-Bissaka as Fulham enter race

West Ham's Aaron Wan-Bissaka is facing plenty of Premier League interest this summer.

Everton are targeting the Hammers' right-back, with Aston Villa said to be keeping watch as well.

However, the DR Congo international could have a chance to stay in London amid reports of Fulham wanting a transfer.

The Irons would ideally like to keep the right-back, who under Nuno Espirito Santo was a regular starter.

Whether or not an exit will be sanctioned remains to be seen this summer window.

But an offer from Fulham is on the table as we await to hear the response from West Ham.

What have Fulham offered for Aaron Wan-Bissaka?

Wan-Bissaka's future is certain to drag on throughout the rest of the summer window.

The defender, who featured at the World Cup, is capable of still playing in the Premier League.

And he has plenty of suitors who could offer him that chance.

According to the print edition of the Daily Mail (13 August), while Aston Villa are considering pursuing Wan-Bissaka, Fulham have already tabled an offer.

That deal is said to be on an initial loan for the 28-year-old defender.

The offer of taking Wan-Bissaka on loan could be down to the financial complications that could arise through a permanent deal at this stage.

It has been shared that Everton are put off by Wan-Bissaka's wages amid their interest as well.

A loan would limit the financial risk involved, with only the wages and a possible loan fee coming in lower than the cost of a full transfer.

It should be an interesting few weeks in regards to Wan-Bissaka's future and if those wages can continue to block his exit.

Are West Ham in a position to sell Wan-Bissaka?

West Ham could allow Wan-Bissaka to leave without needing a direct replacement.

Kyle Walker-Peters would step up to the plate as first-choice right-back, while new arrival Joel Veltman is capable of playing there as well.

That gives Nuno two options on the right-side of defence, which is truthfully all you really need.

However, due to squad numbers and the situation involving Jean-Clair Todibo refusing to play, Veltman may be needed at centre-back.

So, if Wan-Bissaka is sold, the Irons could have the option to add another central defender rather than a right-back, freeing up the Dutchman.

Axel Disasi is still wanted back at West Ham, despite ongoing interest from fellow Londoners Crystal Palace this summer.

And that could be the solution needed to allow Wan-Bissaka to leave.
