According to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna, the Blues are demanding £4.3million as a loan fee for clubs to sign the defender.
West Ham paid a reported £2m for Disasi, which makes the update rather unsurprising.
However, Palace have been in talks with Chelsea over a deal, deeming the Blues' financial demands as "excessive".
Despite this, talks are scheduled in the coming days, with the Eagles hopeful of reaching an agreement.
A fee of £4.3m would certainly not deter West Ham's interest, though it may very well be up to the player on whether he wants to come back or not.
How Disasi is yet to rule out a return to West Ham
There has been suggestions that West Ham could sign Disasi on a permanent deal for a fee in the region of £25m.
It appears that the Hammers have been trying to convince the defender to come back to E20, but he has multiple offers on the table, including Crystal Palace.
Due to this, Disasi is taking his time to decide on his next club and has not ruled out a return to East London.
The Eagles appear more advanced than any other team, and if an agreement is reached between the clubs when further discussions take place, the Hammers will have lost in the race to sign him.
However, this could act as West Ham's final piece of motivation to pry him back, as a big-money contract may be needed to entice him to make the drop to the Championship.
