West Ham United want to sign Basel forward Arthur Cabral
West Ham United are in the hunt to sign Basel goal-machine Arthur Cabral, according to TEAMtalk this week.
The online outlet has reported that work permit problems have now disappeared after the striker earned his first Brazil call-up.
Numerous Premier League clubs are said to be interested in a move, with the likes of Leeds and Everton also mentioned.
Scouts are said to be flooding out of the United Kingdom in recent weeks to watch the South American in Switzerland.
West Ham are among the teams to have taken in some of the action watching Cabral, and they will have been thrilled.
The 23-year-old has been in sensational form this season, and there aren’t many hotter prospects in Europe at this moment.
Cabral has been involved in 26 goals in 17 appearances in all competitions already this season, finding the back of the net 20 times.

David Moyes still only has Michail Antonio to call upon in the final third and that is leading to every striker in Europe being linked with a move to the London Stadium.
After the money that GSB splashed out in the summer, we can’t imagine they will be eager to get out their chequebook in Janaury.
That means we may have to wait until next summer and that may be too late to secure the services of Cabral.
Swiss Football Platform have already described the Brazilian as “unbelievable” this season, and it may be time to pull the trigger on a major January deal.
