West Ham United learn Fikayo Tomori price amid transfer interest
West Ham United would have to pay between £33.7million to £37.92m to sign AC Milan defender Fikayo Tomori, according to Calcio Mercato.
The Italian outlet reported on Monday (22 July) that the Hammers are unlikely to reach that price for the former Chelsea centre-back having already splashed out £40million to sign Wolves defender Max Kilman.
It was reported by the Daily Mail on Sunday (21 July) that the Hammers were weighing up a move for the 26-year-old, who won Serie A with the Rossoneri in the 2021-22 seasons.

The addition of Tomori would no doubt be yet another statement signing from the London-based club but the fact that the Hammers would have to pay a minimum of £33.7million for the defender is somewhat offputting.
West Ham’s defence is arguably the main area of the team that needs reinforcement. Granted, this has been partially sorted by the £40m addition of Kilman [Fabrizio Romano, 5 July] this summer.
However, the 27-year-old isn’t the answer to all of Julen Lopetegui’s problems as the London-based club could do with bringing in a centre-back partner for Kilman this summer.
Especially if both Kurt Zouma and Nayef Aguerd depart after some below-par performances last term.
The money it would require to bring Tomori to the club could be better spent elsewhere and perhaps even in more than one position.
The likes of Alexis Saelemaekers and Diego Gomez are just two players that have been linked with a move to the London Stadium and the transfer of both would likely cost the same or perhaps even less than Tomori.
