West Ham United 100% agree personal terms for Carlos Soler – Fabrizio Romano

West Ham have agreed personal terms with PSG midfielder Carlos Soler over a deadline day transfer, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The reliable transfer news specialist took to X on 30 August to claim that talks are at an advanced stage for the Spain international.

The 27-year-old is understood to be keen on a move to the London Stadium.

“Soler wants the move as personal terms are 100% agreed.
