West Ham transfer round-up: Jack Grealish and Harvey Elliott updates, medical booked
West Ham are ready to back Graham Potter in the transfer window this summer.
The Hammers have already announced the signing of El Hadji Malick Diouf, but following the sale of Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham, further signings are expected imminently.
Here, West Ham Zone rounds up all of the latest transfer stories from the last 24 hours.

Walker-Peters to undergo medical
Kyle Walker-Peters is set to join West Ham, after the London club hijacked a move that would have seen him join Besiktas on a free transfer.
Instead, the defender is now set to undergo a medical at The London Stadium, according to Ryan Taylor (July 18).
Walker-Peters will then sign a three-year deal to become West Ham’s second new signing of the transfer window.
West Ham interested in Jack Grealish
West Ham are weighing up a move to bring Manchester City footballer Jack Grealish to London in the coming weeks.
The former Aston Villa man looks to be on the way out at The Etihad this summer and according to The West Ham Way (July 18), Potter is a fan.
Grealish would be keen on a loan move to West Ham, but compromises on his wages, and the potential loan fee, would have to be made.
Elliott move explored
Harvey Elliott is reportedly a target for West Ham this summer, with the Englishman keen on an exit from Anfield.
But according to Jack Rosser (July 18), the Hammers are unsure on the £40m valuation set by Liverpool, and want to explore the possibility of a loan with an option to buy.
Elliott impressed at the recent Under-21 Euros, winning the player of the tournament award as England beat Germany to lift the trophy.
Kudus price fair for ‘damaged goods’
The £55m received from Tottenham for Kudus has generally gone down well within the West Ham fanbase, although some believe the Hammers could have held out for more.
But speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone (July 17), iconic commentator Ian Darke called the fee “about right.”
“I think there was a time when he might have been worth a tad more than that, but he is slightly damaged goods because of the season that he had last year,” Darke said.
“So, I would have thought that £55m was about right.”
