West Ham make Alexandre Lacazette contact, Arsenal want January exit
Arsenal are keen to offload Alexandre Lacazette in January and West Ham have been in contact over the French centre-forward, according to Jeunes Footeux.
Lacazette, 30, is out of contract at the Emirates Stadium in June of next year and will not extend his current deal.
Therefore, Arsenal will “almost certainly” seek to sell him during the January transfer window after playing just 49 minutes of Premier League football this term.

West Ham are paying close attention to his situation, as per Jeunes Footeux’s report, and there have been contacts between the various parties.
However, Lacazette, who has played 16 times for France, is currently earning around £8.5million per season, and he will have to lower his demands for an agreement to be found.

Wrong profile?
Lacazette would be a pretty exciting signing for West Ham given his haul of 50 Premier League goals in just over four seasons for the Gunners.
He is a consistent goalscorer who has hit double figures (for Arsenal and Lyon) in every league campaign since 2013/14.
West Ham need another centre-forward to deputise for Michail Antonio and to act as an alternative in some situations.
However, given what are likely to be his steep wage demands, alongside the fact he turns 31 before the start of next season, the Irons may well turn elsewhere.
David Moyes has tended to recruit from less prominent leagues in recent years, such as the Czech First League and the Championship.
The only way a deal for Lacazette to arrive at the London Stadium looks feasible is if Arsenal want to save on his wages for half a season and loan him out.
In other West Ham news, David Moyes is in awe of this ‘prodigious talent’ that has been fast-tracked through the Irons ranks.
