West Ham lodge £11m bid to sign Rafiu Durosinmi, exit decision has already been made

West Ham are said to have made a bid to sign Viktoria Plzen striker Rafiu Durosinmi.

Nuno Espirito Santo is under immense pressure at West Ham, and there is every chance that a defeat against Brighton could spell the end of his time at the London Stadium.

However, the Hammers will try to prevent the uncertainty over his future from hampering their ability to deal in the January window.

West Ham need reinforcements, especially up top, with reports now claiming they have identified Durosinmi as their man.

Durosinmi has already decided on West Ham move

Viktoria Plzen sit fourth in the 1. Liga in the Czech Republic, but also just six points behind Sparta Prague in second.

It’s been a fairly solid campaign for the Czech outfit, and Durosinmi has played a crucial role in that success for his side.

The 22-year-old Nigerian has scored 13 goals in all competitions this season, including two in the Champions League, having managed nine in both of his previous campaigns.

Now, West Ham are said to have made an £11million bid for the striker, according to Alan Nixon via his Patreon, as they look for a ‘Premier League saviour’.

Durosinmi has already told club chiefs that he is keen on the move to the Premier League, and is now waiting for the offer to be accepted, with Plzen open to his exit.

Who is West Ham’s latest striker target?

Durosinmi is unlikely to be a name that many West Ham fans have heard of, though it may not be long until he becomes a recognised striker in English football.

The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to the Championship earlier this season, but his form for Plzen has attracted interest from several European clubs, just months after a move to Frankfurt fell through.

He’s an out-and-out striker, which is something that West Ham have been crying out for, though he is capable of filling in on the wings in emergencies.

Stuttgart are also said to be keen on a move for the forward in January, with a move abroad certainly looking likely as the transfer window approaches.
