‘Untouchable’ West Ham star to leave in summer as approaches made – it’s not Jarrod Bowen
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that West Ham could be set to lose Crysencio Summerville in the summer.
Summerville has been in excellent form for West Ham in recent weeks, scoring four goals and providing one assist in his last four games.
And with the winter transfer window now closed, he looks set to play a huge part in Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side during the second half of the season.
The 24-year-old now looks set to step into a larger role in attack following Lucas Paqueta’s move to Flamengo, but now there are fears he may not be destined to remain in claret and blue for long.

Fabrizio Romano drops Crysencio Summerville transfer bombshell
Summerville was the subject of reported interest from Galatasaray during the winter window, but nothing came of those reports.
However, posting to his X account on Wednesday, transfer expert Romano has revealed that West Ham rejected two offers for Summerville in the recent winter window.
Romano states that one bid was from a Premier League club, whilst the other came from a Serie A side, and it was reported that Roma had made a verbal offer to sign Summerville.
However, the report suggests that the Dutchman is seen as ‘untouchable’ at West Ham for the rest of this season, and that he’s happy to remain at the London Stadium and help the team survive the drop.
But, Romano writes that his feelings ‘will be different’ come the summer, and his transfer status is something to keep an eye on with a host of clubs circling his signature.
Summerville’s transfer stance could explain Lamadrid deal
Signed towards the end of the window, West Ham completed a loan move for Deportivo La Guaira winger Keiber Lamadrid for the rest of the season.
The Hammers do have the option to sign the 22-year-old on a permanent basis in the summer, and so Summerville’s newly revealed transfer stance could explain why this deal was made.
Summerville surely won’t have any interest in playing Championship football if it comes to that, and Romano’s report makes it appear as though he doesn’t see himself remaining a West Ham player beyond this season regardless.
Therefore, getting a highly-rated young player through the door like Lamadrid could now be seen as West Ham potentially seeing him as Summerville’s long-term replacement.
