All but done
What a signing for West Ham.
It’s taken a while and as lot of frustration among fans but the club are getting a bit of a steal by signing Ward-Prowse for just £30million.
Not only is he one of the best set-pieces takers in the world but he’s also a leader and will fill a massive void left by Declan Rice after he joined Arsenal for £105million earlier this summer.
While we admit Ward-Prowse isn’t as good as Rice, he’s still a brilliant signing and a lot of Premier League clubs would be lucky to have him among their options.
David Moyes has players in his squad who are good in the air and also great at winning free-kicks.
Ward-Prowse will no doubt be looking to capitalise on that with his brilliant ability from dead-ball situations in attacking areas of the pitch.
It wouldn’t be a shock to see the Irons sign more players who’ll compliment this play style.
