Pablo Fornals now trying to force his way out of West Ham United, he’s doing everything he can to leave
Pablo Fornals is trying to force his way out of West Ham as he looks to complete a move to Real Betis in the January transfer window, according to ElDesmarque.
The Spanish news outlet reported on its website on Wednesday (31 January) that the 27-year-old attacking midfielder has already agreed to join the La Liga club and is “doing everything he can” to leave the London Stadium.
It added that the Spanish international is even willing to take a pay cut to join the Seville-based side, with the Hammers looking for about £6.2million to sanction a move as the transfer deadline approaches.
Let him go
This is a deal that looks set to go right to the wire as West Ham and Real Betis are believed to be some way apart on their valuation of the player.
The Hammers clearly aren’t asking for too much to allow him to leave, so it’s now on the Spanish club to meet their asking price and get the deal over the line.
While it isn’t usually great to see a player trying to force a move away from a club, it’s completely understandable from Fornals’ perspective as he’s doing it to secure more regular football.

It’s admirable to hear that he’s even willing to take a pay cut to make the switch back to Spain so, hopefully, an agreement can be found as it would be the best outcome for everyone.
The Spaniard would move on with the best wishes of the Irons’ fans as he’s always given his all for us and has been a part of some great moments throughout the past few years.
