Niclas Fullkrug already opens himself up to ridicule at AC Milan as West Ham exit nears
West Ham forward Niclas Fullkrug looks set to embarrass himself as a move to AC Milan edges closer.
Fullkrug has been seen in Milan ahead of his West Ham exit, with a loan deal agreed with the Italian giants.
West Ham will finally get Fullkrug off the books, albeit on a temporary basis, after a nightmare 16 months in East London for the German.
His latest move will leave London Stadium supporters laughing out loud, as it has set him up for even more ridicule.

Why is Fullkrug set to make a fool of himself with West Ham exit?
Fullkrug has been a laughing stock in his time at West Ham, and he may well start the same in Italy after the latest developments.
A report from DAZN Italia on 23 December claimed that the striker will wear the number nine shirt at Milan.
It states that an official announcement is imminent.
Why the number nine shirt is a huge mistake from Fullkrug
The number nine shirt at any club is usually one of the most prestigious and pressured in football.
For example, West Ham have had icons such as Michail Antonio, Tony Cottee, Trevor Brooking, and Geoff Hurst wear that number.
However, that shirt is even bigger at Milan, with legends of world football, such as Marco Van Basten, George Weah, and Filippo Inzaghi.
Fullkrug, even at his best, when he played for Borussia Dortmund, has not been at that level, so it is unlikely that he will live up to the lofty expectations that will inevitably come with that number.
He is making a huge mistake, and just allowing further ridicule to be placed upon his shoulders, before he has even kicked a ball for the seven-time Champions League winners.
He should have taken a less high-profile number and got on with his football, rather than taking the most illustrious numbers in Milan’s history and putting that pressure on himself.
It looks as though his stint with the San Siro outfit is already destined to go down in flames, before it has even been officially announced.
