Mohammed Kudus exit: West Ham decide as Al-Nassr make high-package offer

West Ham United have rejected a verbal offer from Al-Nassr for Mohammed Kudus, according to Sam C.

The United Stand writer reported via X on 1 February that the Saudi Arabian outfit made a “high package” offer to the Hammers for the Ghana international on Friday (31 January).

The Irons swiftly refused the offer and now, with the window closed for the Saudi Pro League, a deal is no longer possible.

Al-Nassr have a long-standing interest in the 24-year-old after also looking to sign him in the most recent summer transfer window.

West Ham reject Mohammed Kudus bid from Al-Nassr

It appears that the London Stadium faithful can rest easy in the knowledge that the forward looks set to remain in E20 for the rest of the campaign.

This will come as a boost for Graham Potter’s side, who have been in need of forward options throughout the winter window.

Regardless of this, no options have come in and that means that the attackers they do have need to be kept hold of for the rest of the season.

This is especially the case for a player with the ability of Kudus, who can win games on his own for the Hammers when he’s on form.

Against Aston Villa he proved just how difficult he can be to play against, despite not managing to get on the scoresheet himself at Villa Park.

This is why top sides have shown an interest and why Al-Nassr are willing to table a sizable bid to secure his signature, but the Hammers have made the right call in rejecting any interest from elsewhere.
