Kaelan Casey signs new West Ham United contract amid exit speculation – ExWHUemployee
Kaelan Casey has signed a new long-term contract at West Ham despite interest from other clubs in signing him, according to ExWHUemployee.
The Hammers insider reported the news on his Patreon on 11 August and said the promising centre-back is “very highly rated” and that other sides had been tracking him.
The 18-year-old was part of the Irons team that won the club’s first FA Youth Cup since 1999 in the impressive 5-1 win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in April.

Relief
It will be a huge relief for West Ham to have tied one of their most talented youngsters down to a long-term contract at the London Stadium.
The defender is highly thought of at the club, alongside several members of the special team that went on to claim the emphatic victory over Arsenal in the FA Youth Cup final.
Casey is a local player and has been with the Hammers since he was five years old, so it will mean a lot to him to have signed a deal.

He made his senior Irons debut in the Europa Conference League victory against Romanian side FCSB in November last year after coming on as a second-half substitute for Ben Johnson.
Having earned a taste of first-team action last season and being named on the bench a number of times in the Premier League, the youngster will be keen to earn more minutes as the new campaign gets underway this weekend.
In other West Ham news, Chris Sutton has shared a prediction about Lucas Paqueta for the new season.
