That is a stunning amount and it may prove to be enough to cover the majority of Mukasa's wage for the year.

How much West Ham pay Divine Mukasa

There are contrasting reports surrounding the Man City youngster and how much he is paid at the Etihad.

It is estimated that he earns between £156,000 and £238,000 per season with the Citizens.

Should the latter fee be correct, the money brought in for Mavropanos' shirt represents 64 per cent of Mukasa's wage for the season.

So, essentially, thanks to one fan, the claret and blue outfit have landed themselves a sizable payday.

Throw in the further £5785 brought in for the shirts of another nine West Ham stars from The Den and the Irons have enough to potentially cover 68 per cent of his wage for the year.

It just shows the worth of selling these sorts of items, even if some may see it as "tinpot".
