Fiorentina line up replacement as West Ham United ready Nikola Milenkovic transfer
Fiorentina already have a replacement lined up for Nikola Milenkovic as West Ham United ready a transfer push, according to Tutto Mercato Web.
The Italian outlet reported via its website on 13 July that the Serie A side wants to anticipate his exit with the arrival of Nicolas Valentini in the coming days.
This comes after a host of Premier League teams including Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur were all linked with an interest in the Serbia international.
West Ham United ready Nikola Milenkovic transfer
When Julen Lopetegui arrived at West Ham, it was clear that many changes were going to take place across the summer window.
The Hammers finished in a very respectable ninth position last term but were among the worst defensive teams in the top flight.
In fact, bar the three relegated teams, they had the most amount of goals conceded across the season.
Although the Hammers’ defensive line can’t be held solely to blame, they are a key reason behind their poor performance.

Max Kilman has already been added to Lopetegui’s ranks but with the Hammers wanting to see the back of both Nayef Aguerd and captain Kurt Zouma, further reinforcement will be required.
Hence, why, the transfer of Milenkovic to the capital would make a lot of sense this summer.
The Serbia international has been a first-team regular for the Serie A squad since he arrived from FK Partizan in the 2017/18 window.
This is certainly one possible move to watch in the coming days and weeks.
In other West Ham news, Russell Martin has admitted that he would cry himself to sleep if Flynn Downes didn’t return to Southampton this summer.
