Fabrizio Romano shares new Mohammed Kudus exit update at West Ham United
West Ham United do not fear losing Mohammed Kudus next summer when his £85million release clause comes back into effect, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Writing in his Daily Briefing on Wednesday (July 3), Romano confirmed that Kudus’ release clause for this summer expired on 30 June.
On top of that, despite the clause not being active until the end of the 2024-25 season, the East London club could negotiate new terms to eliminate it altogether [The Athletic].
For now, the Hammers are said to be “optimistic” about keeping Kudus at London Stadium for the long term.
