David Sullivan ‘can make amends at West Ham’ amid Jhon Duran transfer bombshell
West Ham United need to strengthen their attack this summer, but will be held back by Financial Fair Play restrictions.
The Hammers spent badly in previous windows, and Graham Potter must now rebuild the squad on a limited budget.
West Ham signed Niclas Fullkrug last summer, but the Germany international has struggled to make an impact so far.
The striker arrived after West Ham targeted a different forward, but David Sullivan may now have the chance to finally sign a previous key target in Jhon Duran.

Jhon Duran could be available this summer
West Ham were keen on signing Duran last summer, but failed to agree a fee with Aston Villa, and the striker eventually moved to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr for £65 million.
However, it has now been reported by Saudi outlet Arriyadiyah (11 June) that Duran is facing a difficult time there due to personal circumstances, and may now be on his way out this summer – most likely on loan.

The Colombian was one of the most in-demand young strikers until his move there, with his shot power a particular strength, and Duran was keen on a move to West Ham.
A year since his dramatic saga in which he came close to joining the Hammers, they may now have the opportunity to recruit him.

West Ham could pursue loan deal for Duran
West Ham may have to rely on loan deals to strengthen their squad while PSR remains an issue, and Duran could be the perfect addition if he is available.
Duran would arrive as a young striker but one with Premier League experience, and would provide a level of finishing ability that no one else in the West Ham squad has.
Sullivan is unpopular among the West Ham faithful, and the failed move for Duran was one of a number of countless broken promises over the years.
If he is available, West Ham should do all they can to bring Duran to the London Stadium, and a loan deal with reduced wages could be the best possible move they make this summer.
Duran has scored 12 goals in 18 appearances for Al-Nassr, and at 21, still has a bright future ahead of him once he resolves his transfer situation.
