Aaron Wan-Bissaka update at West Ham amid Jean-Clair Todibo medical development

West Ham United “remain in active talks” to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian journalist reported via X (9 August) that the Hammers are continuing to pursue a deal for Wan-Bissaka after Jean Clair-Todibo completed his medical with the club (via Fabrizio Romano, 9 August).

As reported by Dharmesh Sheth via X (9 August), the club could announce the arrival of Clair-Todibo in the next 24-48 hours.

West Ham United to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Jean-Clair Todibo?

It is hard to remember a more exciting time to be a West Ham fan in the transfer market. It has been deal after deal this week with announcements flying in left, right and centre.

As a result, supporters at the London Stadium will have been pinching themselves over the past week.

With the arrivals of Crysencio Summerville, Niclas Füllkrug and Guido Rodríguez all already confirmed, it looks as though Clair-Todibo will soon be added to that list.

That would be a huge coup for the club, especially considering the interest in the player from Juventus.

Therefore, if they can somehow pull off a deal for Wan-Bissaka as well in the coming days, excitement levels would be at an all-time high.

After a difficult season under David Moyes, and with Lopetegui arriving at the London Stadium, the club needed a big transfer window.

And it looks as though they are having just that, and then some.

In other West Ham news, another player has been offered to the club after changing agents.
