West Ham have enjoyed a strong start to the 2020/21 Premier League season despite already playing a lot of the league’s toughest teams.
With eight matches played, David Moyes’ men sit 12th in the Premier League standings after playing the likes of Arsenal, Wolves, Leicester, Tottenham, Manchester City and reigning champions Liverpool.
West Ham’s position is more than respectable and they wouldn’t be where they are if it wasn’t for a number of players performing well above expectations.
We asked our panel of West Ham Super Fans to name who they think has been the player of the season so far and a couple of players really stand out as the main picks.

Michail Antonio, Aaron Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku are the main choices among the Super Fans while Tomas Soucek also gets one mention.
It’s really hard to disagree with any of those names with Antonio scoring three goals in his six Premier League appearances before injury ruled him out of the games against Liverpool and Fulham.
Masuaku and Cresswell are usually two players who are widely criticised by fans by Moyes’ decision to move to a back-three with Cresswell the left-sided centre-back and Masuaku the left-sided wing-back has really helped both players come on.
