WHZ View: West Ham could be handed massive boost as Mo Salah pictured limping
West Ham United could have been handed a massive boost ahead of their Premier League clash with Liverpool on Saturday.
The Reds welcomed Midtjylland to Anfield and won 2-0 on Tuesday, although Mohamed Salah didn’t get through unscathed.
The Liverpool star came off the bench to win and score a penalty, but it could have left him injured after the clash.

Football London have shared that Salah was pictured limping down the tunnel after the incident that led to the penalty.
Jurgen Klopp didn’t comment on any potential problem with the winger, but it would huge if he were to miss the game this weekend.
One player who is likely to miss the game is Fabinho. The Brazilian was replaced in the first-half with what looked like a hamstring problem.
That has left Klopp with a huge defensive crisis, so the last thing he needs is a problem to Salah as well this weekend.

Just because Salah is missing, it doesn’t mean that Arthur Masuaku won’t have to be on the top of his game against the Reds.
Diogo Jota has been in good form, but he is no Salah.
There aren’t many better than the Egyptian at getting in behind defences with his pace, and Liverpool missing that will make them much less dangerous.
Looking at this example from the Champions League game last night, Salah isn’t even in shot but still gets in-behind despite the game coming to an end.

Salah gets in-behind with ease and wins his side a penalty. Masuaku not having to look over his shoulder constantly could be a massive benefit.

Not having Fabinho is obviously a huge blow too, but when you have Salah and Sadio Mane, you can get out of any trouble by outscoring others.
Liverpool are obviously still dangerous, but not having one of their main men will boost the Hammers massively at Anfield.
