West Ham United: Maxwel Cornet arrival could see Nikola Vlasic seal London Stadium exit
Maxwel Cornet’s West Ham United arrival could finally push Nikola Vlasic out of the door at the London Stadium AS Torino push to sign the attacker.
According to Virgilio Sport (5 August), Torino are expected to make a serious attempt to sign the 24-year-old to end his miserable time at the London Stadium.
His departure could well now escalate with Cornet’s arrival and the variety of positions the Ivory Coast international can play.

Cornet, 25, will likely be one of Moyes’ first-choice players and could well go straight ahead of Vlasic in the pecking order at the London Stadium.
West Ham do have a variety of options in attacking midfield and could well be inclined to allow one of their players to leave the club to fill up a little bit more space on his wage bill.
Sadly it hasn’t worked out for Vlasic during his time at the London Stadium, with his second spell in the Premier League really not going to plan.
Cornet will be able to operate anywhere along the left flank as well as any other of the front four positions, which certainly puts Vlasic’s place under even more threat.

Moving Vlasic out of the club could also allow for West Ham to target other areas of their squad that are of more pressing concern at present.
A central defender is certainly a more pressing issue for Moyes with The Sun reporting (6 August) that the Hammers are interested in Borussia Dortmund defender Dan-Axel Zagadou.
Another midfielder could also be one to watch for West Ham, but it would certainly not be a shock to see a departure or two in the coming weeks.
