West Ham shambles knows no bounds as Nuno press conference cut short ahead of Fulham clash

West Ham fans were awaiting comment from Nuno Espirito Santo as his side prepares to face Fulham.

Fulham will travel to face West Ham after Christmas to kick-start the festive run of fixtures at the London Stadium.

The Hammers need to turn things around in the Premier League after West Ham fell to a 3-0 defeat against Manchester City last time around.

Nuno Espirito Santo has come under pressure to be sacked in East London as his side continue to struggle after six games without victory.

Nuno was meant to speak out about the current state of his squad on Tuesday, but his press conference summed up the goings-on in E20 right now.

West Ham press conference pre-Fulham clash ends early

West Ham have lost to Aston Villa and Liverpool in their last two home outings, so they need to turn things around against Marco Silva’s men.

There is little positivity surrounding the Irons right now after a terrible campaign to this point.

It is now the role of Nuno to get supporters up for the rest of the season to help push their side across the line.

His pre-match press conferences need to be a place for positivity to breed and help build expectation ahead of upcoming fixtures.

That certainly wasn’t on show ahead of the Fulham clash with West Ham’s YouTube live stream being cut short after just two questions.

The Hammers boss was given little opportunity to say anything other than “we need to improve” before the interview was abruptly ended.

There is already so much annoyance from fans surrounding the claret and blue outfit right now, this is just the latest embarrassment to add to the recent antics.

West Ham team news a mystery ahead of Fulham meeting

Supporters tune into these press conferences to learn the current state of play within the squad before games kick off.

That saw hundreds of West Ham fans click onto Tuesday’s live stream to learn who is fit and ready to feature against Fulham on Saturday.

Anyone watching was left totally baffled when the video ended after Nuno answered a few vague questions in barely two minutes.

There was no update on injury news or anything before supporters were shown a “thanks for watching” screen for another five minutes before the video ended.

Totally embarrassing from the club as the London Stadium shambles continues.
