West Ham player ratings v Liverpool
West Ham managed to seal a 3-2 win against Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
The Irons managed to stop the likes of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane from scoring and managed to expose Liverpool from an early set-piece.
Then in the second half they came out and sealed a huge win.

This was definitely a massive win and proved that David Moyes’ side can beat the best.
Here are the player ratings from the match.
Lukasz Fabianski – 6
He, surprisingly, had very little to do apart from picking the ball out of his net once.
Ben Johnson – 7
Most of Liverpool’s attacks came down his side, but he was rock solid at the back, and when crosses came in from the other side, he was always in the right position—deservedly keeping Vladimir Coufal out of the team.
Kurt Zouma – 9 (Man of the Match)
What a signing! An absolute monster at the back. West Ham played very deep, and he dealt with everything that came into the box. Then popped up with a huge goal to make it 3-1.

Angelo Ogbonna – 6
Heavily involved in the goal but had to be withdrawn through injury. Hopefully, it is nothing serious.
Aaron Cresswell – 8
He made a thunderous challenge on Jordan Henderson that set the tone for the Irons. Such a rock-solid player. Delicious ball in for the third.
Declan Rice – 7
Probably not at his best as Liverpool swarmed all over the West Ham midfield. He gave away the free-kick that led to the Liverpool goal. Grew into it in the second half.
Tomas Soucek – 4
He worked hard as always but lacked quality on the ball and couldn’t get near the Liverpool midfield. He was also booked for a poor tackle on Diogo Jota.
Jarrod Bowen – 7
He ran himself into the ground for his side, but the Irons didn’t get the ball to him enough. Played a massive role in the second goal.
Said Benrahma – 7
Rarely saw the ball, but when he got it, he caused problems. He played one sublime pass for Antonio in the first half, and grew into the game.
Pablo Fornals – 9
He provided the corner that led to the goal in the first half and was involved in everything good that the Irons did, including the corner that saw Dawson crash a header off the bar. He then scored the crucial second.
Michail Antonio – 7
He battled and held the ball up well. His run and cross led to the corner that West Ham scored from. He missed a huge chance in the first half but overall, was very good.
Subs
Craig Dawson – 6 (22)
Enforced change due to Ogbonna’s injury. Solid enough and nearly scored, but he just isn’t as good as Ogbonna.
Vladimir Coufal – 5 (84)
Came on to shore things up.
Arthur Masuaku – 5 (86)
Brought on late to see out the game.
In other West Ham news, one Sky Sports pundit wasn’t happy with an incident in the first half.
