Vladimir Coufal could be forced out of West Ham United if Kyle Walker-Peters signs from Southampton.
The Czechia international has been a stalwart and consistent operator for the Hammers since joining from Slavia Prague in 2020, but his time in East London could be running out.
This is due to transfer links to the versatile Saints full-back, who is out of contract in the summer and is refusing to negotiate a new deal [Sunday Mirror].
This could give the Irons the green light to sign the ex-England international after being priced out of a move for the 27-year-old in the last window.
If this transfer was to go through either in January or at the end of the campaign, Coufal could be forced out of the London Stadium.

The 32-year-old has already been dealt a blow by the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka this season, which has seriously limited his game time.
This has seen the right back register just two Premier League starts this campaign while making three further appearances as a substitute.
It has to be said that this arguably represented an upgrade for the Hammers with the 26-year-old coming in with bags of potential and Premier League experience.
As a deputy for the Englishman, Coufal certainly represents a positive figure in terms of quality for a second choice under Julen Lopetegui.
Even if this is the case, it appears that the club are keen to bring Walker-Peters into the club and bolster their options in both full back roles.
With the former Tottenham man available on a potential cheap deal in January or on a free in the summer, it could be a perfect opportunity to bring him in.
This could prove to be the final blow for the Czech ace who would be resigned to third choice, which he deserves better than.
