View: Michail Antonio axed – Predicted West Ham United starting XI v Wolves

West Ham United welcome Wolves to the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.

The Irons are in desperate need of a win in their race for European football after two draws against Leicester and Newcastle.

David Moyes will be tempted to make changes to his side, that simply haven’t been firing in recent weeks.

West Ham

Lukasz Fabianski will start in goal, with the Polish international doing nothing wrong to get replaced by Alphonse Areola.

Aaron Cresswell, Craig Dawson and Kurt Zouma will all continue in the back four with the consistency needed in those areas.

Ryan Fredericks will drop out after his shocker against Newcastle, with Ben Johnson being rewarded with another start this season.

It will be no surprise to anyone that Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek will keep their spots in midfield, but both will need to improve dramatically based on last week.

West Ham

Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals will keep their places in the three behind the lone striker, but Nikola Vlasic will come into the middle playmaker role.

Jarrod Bowen will move into the central striker role, and it will be Michail Antonio who drops out, with the Jamaican international being handed far too many chances in recent times despite his awful form.

Here’s how we expect the Irons to line-up against Wolves…
