View: A day to forget for West Ham and terrible Kurt Zouma
It was certainly a day to forget for West Ham and one man in particular, Kurt Zouma, against Tottenham Hotspur as they lost by three goals to one.
The Hammers went into the break trailing 2-1 after an own goal from Zouma with Son Heung-min also finding the net.
A late Said Benrahma goal gave David Moyes’ side a crucial lifeline ahead of the second half but not enough to completely save the Frenchman’s embarrassment.

Not only did the centre-back find his own net when attempting to stop Harry Kane from scoring. He also deflected the ball into the top corner as he attempted to block the shot in what should have otherwise been a routine stop for Lukasz Fabianski.
He was also beaten in the air by Harry Kane to allow Son to bag the decisive third and final goal.
Despite any of the three goals coming from glaringly obvious errors from the 27-year-old he will be furious with the terrible part he had to play in them.
Benefit of the doubt
Of course, every single Hammer wants to beat Tottenham every time they go head-to-head, no matter what has happened for either side in the weeks building up to the game.
West Ham’s Europa League heroics will undoubtedly ease the disappointing first half performance which led to a very poor result, but the fans will still be gutted.

Moyes’ team gave themselves way too much to do after going behind in just the ninth minute.
At the end of the day, it is a London derby against their noisy neighbours who will make sure the Irons know who gets the better of who in this encounter.
This looks to have left the Irons out of the race for the top for but that doesn’t mean their Champions League dream is over.
They are obviously still in the Europa League and if they cause a huge upset and go on to win it, that will secure a place in the biggest tournament in club football.
The fight isn’t over yet and these players will continue to give their all right until the last day, as they did today.
