‘Luis Guilherme looks finished’ at West Ham after Graham Potter decision
Luis Guilherme has had a troubled career at West Ham, and his time may come to an end this summer.
Over the last eight months, there have been a lot of changes made at West Ham, though very few of them have actually paid off.
Graham Potter is yet to prove his credentials, while several first-team players have had doubts cast over their future at the London Stadium.
One of those is West Ham flop Guilherme, and there is every chance that he moves on from the Irons over the next few weeks if what Potter has done is anything to go by.

Potter will not make room for Guilherme this season
Since being appointed in January, Potter has seemingly favoured a formation which lacks the inclusion of any wide players.
That, added to the fact that Mohammed Kudus has not been replaced, suggests that Potter has again decided to adopt a 5-3-2 formation, albeit fluid in transition.
In that system, there is little to no room for Guilherme to feature, given his natural winger ability.
West Ham | Games played | Minutes played | Goals | Assists |
Premier League | 12 | 139 | 0 | 0 |
FA Cup | 1 | 5 | 0 | 0 |
The Hammers paid around £25million to sign him just last summer, and after such a poor season in the Premier League, it seems unlikely that they would recoup that fee.
From West Ham’s perspective, it makes sense to try and cash in on what they can, though a loan exit for the Brazilian could also be considered.

West Ham have little margin for error
Had it not been for the lack of quality from the three relegated sides, this summer could have had a very different feel to it, given how close the Irosn came to a relegation fight.
With that in mind, the bar for improvement is rather low this summer, but Potter will be under some pressure to ensure that the Hammers get off to a good start.
West Ham travel to face Sunderland in the opening game of the season.
