‘Love this’ – These West Ham fans drool over ‘amazing news’ from midfielder

West Ham starlet Kai Corbett has openly committed his future to the club, much to the delight of many supporters.

The teenage midfielder has been at the centre of widespread speculation in recent weeks, with a potential exit mooted.

As per The Athletic, the 17-year-old underwent a trial with Bristol City last month, with view to a possible move to the Championship.

This was followed by a spell on trial with Manchester United, with reliable club source ExWHUemployee even going as far as to suggest that a permanent exit had gone ahead.

Thankfully, Corbett has quashed these claims with a post to his personal Twitter account in which he states that he is willing to commit his future to the club that he has been with for the last six years.

And this could be a real coup for the Hammers.

Corbett might have a long way to go before he’s playing for the first team, but clearly he’s hungry to perform in east London, and with that kind of attitude, plus the talent that has seen him become such an in-demand talent in recent times, it’s obvious that the potential is there.

Evidently, there have been assurances made behind the scenes about the youngster’s future prospects at the London Stadium, and that, coupled with the Irons’ willingness to give youth a chance could mean that we have a future star on our hands here.
