West Ham could make an opportunistic move to sign Jack Grealish this summer.
The England international has undeniable quality but has struggled to showcase that in the past two seasons of Premier League action.
This has seen his form become a far cry from his Aston Villa days, where the 29-year-old was one of the most exciting attacking players in the division.
Now Graham Potter could look to revitalise the form of Grealish, in a move which may have now taken a step closer to being possible.

Potter could transform Grealish at West Ham
It looks likely to be a summer of plenty of change in E20, as the former Brighton man looks to put his stamp on his side ahead of the new campaign.
This could result in the likes of Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paqueta moving on, and they would certainly need replacing in forward areas.
Grealish could prove to be the perfect option to work alongside the likes of Crysencio Summerville and Jarrod Bowen in forward areas in East London.
If the Irons can get him out of the Etihad, after yet another snub from Guardiola, there is every chance he can be successful away from the Etihad.
