What Real Madrid legends have said about Endrick as West Ham transfer now on cards

Nuno Espirito Santo now has the international break to assess his West Ham squad further ahead of an upcoming busy period.

West Ham are already preparing for their first transfer window under the new head coach, as Nuno has already made big calls at the London Stadium with his starting lineup choices.

David Sullivan has already let Nuno down, as the West Ham boss has been without some of his regular coaching staff for his first two games against Everton and Arsenal.

Sullivan will now look to repay Nuno, as West Ham line up a move for Endrick in a shocking but ambitious transfer.

In wake of that transfer news, West Ham Zone looks at what some Real Madrid legends have had to say on the Brazilian.

West Ham target Endrick backed for greatness by Roberto Carlos and Fernando Morientes

West Ham have previously been linked with Endrick, and as the youngster has been revealed not to be in head coach Xabi Alonso’s plans, the door for a sensational move has now opened for the Hammers.

Fellow Brazilian compatriot and Real Madrid great Roberto Carlos had high praise when speaking about Endrick to MadridXtra.

“Power, speed, intelligence. A complete player. Young and complete.”

The praise hasn’t only come from Carlos but also from Fernando Morientes, a legendary, lethal striker for Madrid, who also liked what he’s seen in Endrick.

“I really like Endrick’s personality. It’s not easy when you get to such a young age. Without Mbappe, he is undoubtedly an alternative,” as quoted by AS.com.

Endrick is 5,7″ and undoubtedly, a move to West Ham would raise questions over whether or not the Brazilian would be able to manage the Premier League.

Endrick would easily bolster Nuno Espirito Santo’s attack

West Ham have been crying out for a successful striker, as frustrations mount over Nicolas Fullkrug.

Endrick has been described as the complete package and would bring much more than just goals, as his movement, power, and explosive pace would be perfect under Nuno.

Endrick has been restricted to minutes at Madrid, but would be given freedom and time at West Ham, as he could potentially make a formidable partnership with Brazilian teammate Lucas Paqueta.

It’s ambitious, but it’s a move that would be in the right direction from Sullivan and West Ham.
