West Ham’s relegation chances revealed in supercomputer prediction after draw vs Bournemouth
West Ham crept out of the Premier League relegation zone thanks to Leeds United’s defeat against Aston Villa on Sunday.
West Ham’s dramatic 2-2 draw to Bournemouth on 22 November saw them provisionally 17th in the Premier League.
Callum Wilson fired Nuno Espirito Santo’s side in front with a brace, but after giving up their two-goal lead, whether or not the Hammers would remain above the relegation zone resided in Villa’s hands.
However, thanks to Morgan Rogers’ clutch brace, West Ham are now set to stay put for at least another few days.

West Ham to just escape relegation this season
Nuno replaced Graham Potter to pull West Ham out of the relegation zone, and it looks like that’s exactly what he’ll do.
The Hammers are set to finish 17th in the Premier League, according to Opta’s Supercomputer.
- West Ham still have a 36.54 per cent chance of relegation
- The Hammers are set to end the season on 38 points
Wolves, Burnley and Leeds are now favourites to occupy those bottom three spots when the season comes to an end in May.

With Wilson on a goalscoring spree and Nuno seemingly just getting started, there’s a big chance that Hammers fans will continue to enjoy life in the Premier League next season.
All eyes on Nuno Espirito Santo against Liverpool
West Ham are now set to take on Liverpool in the Premier League at the London Stadium on Sunday.
While the Reds have won just two of their last five games in all competitions, Liverpool have been Nuno’s kryptonite in recent years.
Indeed, the current West Ham coach has won two of his last 10 games against Arne Slot’s side. He has lost seven games, and one game ended in a draw.
Despite their poor form, the Reds are still a high-scoring team, having netted 18 goals in the Premier League this season.
As a result, the Hammers will need to be defensively secure, as this game could be the difference between West Ham staying above the relegation zone or slipping up once again.
