West Ham want to sign Alexis Sanchez in January
West Ham United want to sign Inter Milan attacker Alexis Sanchez in January, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The Italian outlet has reported that the Serie A champions want to find a way out for the Chilean international.
It is suggested that the Irons have already “tested the waters” alongside French side Marseille who will provide competition.

A January exit for Sanchez is already said to be taking shape, with all parties looking as though they will welcome the move.
Sanchez has Premier League experience behind his name, having shined for Arsenal for many years and providing light during some dark times.
Having helped bring home the Serie A title to Milan last season, this campaign has been a completely different story.
The 31-year-old has only played 70 minutes of football across four outings, including one run out in the Champions League.
Transfermarkt suggests that Sanchez is only worth £6.75million, although surely a cheaper deal could be negotiated with all parties interested in a move.

Really?
We can’t imagine that this would be the type of player that the Irons will be targeting in the January window.
Having said that, could the experience of someone such as Sanchez help as we push for European football consistently at the London Stadium?
The Chilean has been there and done it, winning almost everything there is to win in football and that could be invaluable.
Would David Gold and Sullivan want to part with the big wages that it would likely take to bring him back to England? That is the part we highly doubt.
It will be interesting to see the thoughts of David Moyes, who was heavily backed in the end over the summer.
Could he be funded in the winter market too? We doubt it, but that won’t stop links such as these from happening consistently over the next two months.
