West Ham United update emerges on quest to replace Declan Rice amid £13m Djibril Sow links
Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly planning for replacements as West Ham have eyed Djibril Sow to replace the Arsenal-bound Declan Rice.
According to Sport BILD [28 June, Page 26], Sow is wanted by the Hammers and the German side have identified Ellyes Skhri to replace the 26-year-old.
The Mirror previously shared in May that the Switzerland international was being identified by the Hammers as a replacement for Rice.

Economical
Writing in his CaughtOffside Substack (6 May), Christian Falk claimed that any club keen on signing Sow this summer will have to pay £13million.
The fact that Frankfurt are lining up replacements means they are more than willing to cash in on his services this summer.
It’s evident that the Hammers need to sign a Rice replacement and at least two new midfielders will need to come in this summer.

If David Moyes is going to spend big bucks on one of them, he can go for a cost-effective signing for the other.
This will leave them with a budget to spend on players in other areas of the pitch as well as they need to sign defenders and wide attackers as well.
It’s going to be a key rebuild this summer and hopefully, the Hammers end up getting it right without botching it.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers are already preparing to cash in on the Declan Rice money as they hold a transfer meeting in London as they’re confident of sealing a £50million signing.
