West Ham United under pressure to finalise new Tomas Soucek contract as Everton and Newcastle circle
West Ham United could face the prospect of losing midfielder Tomas Soucek, with Premier League rivals beginning to eye the Czech according to reports.
Soucek has impressed during his two-and-a-half years at the London Stadium, making 86 Premier League appearances in his time there.
However, The Sun are claiming that talks over a new contract have stalled, and the club are now willing to listen to offers as Everton enters the potential race.

According to the report, West Ham are refusing to give the tireless midfielder the pay rise he asked for, leading to the possibility of him leaving.
A £30million fee is being mooted for the Czech, with Everton, Aston Villa and Newcastle United all beginning to take interest.

Where could he go?
Immediately, Everton would seem like an unlikely destination for Soucek.
The Toffees are currently being linked with Harry Winks, with the Merseyside club negotiating over a £20 million move.
Winks and Soucek occupy similar positions, meaning Everton are highly unlikely to sign both. Aston Villa would seem more likely, with the club seemingly in the market for a new midfielder and being linked with Conor Gallagher.
Douglas Luiz is being linked with a move away from the club which would open up a gap in their squad, however, the Express and Star have claimed that Villa will need to drop their demands first.
That leaves Newcastle, who are embarking on a spending spree in their first summer since their takeover.
Eddie Howe’s side are close to signing Sven Botman according to Sky Sports, having already signed Nick Pope earlier this week.
The Magpies loaned out Isaac Hayden to Norwich City earlier this summer, but they still need to move players on before signing more according to the Newcastle Chronicle.
As all three interested parties need to wait before moving for Soucek, David Moyes has time on his side.
However, they cannot afford to dally with such an important player, so they should reach an agreement as soon as possible.
