West Ham United transfer update: Arsenal could hold Declan Rice talks this week
Arsenal could hold Declan Rice talks with West Ham this week as Premier League chiefs get set to meet, according to The Daily Mail.
It’s believed the Hammers value Rice at around £100million, with Arsenal prepared to launch a £90million bid for the England international.
The Daily Mail now report on Monday 12 June, that a Premier League chief executives meeting next week could prove the destination for talks to take place.

Get it done
The sooner the Rice saga is done, the better for everyone concerned. The 24-year-old has been an immense servant to the Hammers, but the time is now right for him to move on.
He clearly wants to move on to pastures new, and, realistically, who can blame him? We know West Ham will be playing in the Europa League next season, but Rice has to be plying his trade in the Champions League.
Arsenal would be an interesting move. Are they guaranteed trophies? No. Would Rice maybe end up with one FA Cup every three years, potentially? It’s hardly what he deserves.

If he wants to step up and become a genuine world-class player, there’s only one feasible destination. Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola has a knack for turning players into the best on the planet, and there’s no doubt he would do the same for Rice. We’ve seen Jack Grealish thrive and something similar could happen with Kalvin Phillips next season.
